Coach
Tell the coach. It proposes, you confirm.
Travel, illness, a short night, a meeting that moved: say it once. The coach shows the change with a before and after, and nothing is applied without your yes.

I slept badly
I can see it: 5h 12′ of sleep and HRV 9 points under your average. I’d make today 75′ in Z1–Z2, no intervals.

Why it’s different
Not the usual training plan.
Four differences you see in the first week, not on a feature list.

Questions everyone asks
Do I need Strava?
No, but it helps. With Strava we import the last 360 days and the coach already knows your level. Without it, the plan starts from your onboarding answers and calibrates over the first weeks.
What does Aura read from my calendar?
Only busy and free windows. It never reads event titles, attendees or content, and it writes workouts only to its own Aura calendar, and only if you turn export on.
Does the coach change my plan on its own?
No. It proposes a change, you confirm, then it is applied. That holds for a single session and for the whole plan.
Which races?
70.3 and Full Ironman. You can also start without a race decided and set it later: the plan rebuilds around the date.
What is Apple Health used for?
Sleep, resting heart rate and HRV feed your daily readiness and help the coach dose the load, or propose a lighter day when you need one. Aura saves workouts to Health only if you ask.
How does the free month work?
Pre-sign up with your email. When Aura launches, create your account with the same email and your first month is free, instead of the standard 7-day trial. No codes to remember.
Is my data mine?
Yes. Disconnect Strava, your calendar and Apple Health any time from Profile. Nothing is shared with anyone.
